So that’s a little bit what my days will look like, I think. I’ve noticed that I’m pretty tired, so I really enjoy my nap after lunch :). Today I felt some fear, mostly about the whole hospital thing and the weird tumor, which I don’t really feel very comfortable about. I went to a friend of Yvette, who can really feel where in your body are the emotional blockages, so you just have to close your eyes and feel while not saying a lot of words. We talked about my 7-years-old version, who was pretty scared about life and growing because it all looked really big and scary. I felt really relieved when my mom and I drove back to Noordwijk. I found out that it’s hard for me to start crying, because I feel a little awkward or something about it, but that I feel really relieve afterwards, so I guess it’s really good for me.

We watched the documentary ‘Heal’, which I’m really excited about because they tell a LOT of good things I really believe in. And it also motivates me because of the stories of people. Starting right now, I will practice how I can let go of thoughts that can’t help me and how I can dive into them when it’s necessary to let go of some emotions. I noticed that I mostly just make stories out of the emotions and thoughts, I think it’s going to be hard to practice it like this, but I’m looking forward to when I will be able to do it.
